Frequently asked questions
♡ What drawing program and tablet do you use?
→ I use Clip Studio Paint on my iPad Pro. If you want to get into digital art, I recommend the Tab S6 Lite which I used before. It is great for beginners!~♡ What languages do you speak?
→ I can fluently speak English and German because German is my mother tongue. I can also understand a bit of French and Japanese. But I am very rusty at speaking these two.♡ How long have you been drawing?
→ I can't remember not drawing as a hobby. I started drawing anime art at the age of 10. From the beginning my dream was being an artist and I am so happy that this dream is reality now.♡ Can I use your art as my profile picture?
→ Of course! As long as it's not a commission I made for someone else and you credit me on your profile. It makes me happy seeing people display my art this way!♡ Can I use your art for reposts/videos/etc.?
→ Only with appropriate credit and after discussing it with me.♡ Am I allowed to use your art as a reference?
→ Yes but only for research/study purposes so please no heavily referencing, copying or tracing!

I take commissions through VGEN. The offered options can vary depending on open slots as well as time limited comm options. Check them once in a while to see if your desired option is available again or follow me on instagram or twitter to find out first.

By ordering a commission from me you automatically agree to my T.o.S so please make sure that you are okay with them!

GENERAL TERMS
You will receive a full size high quality image file (.jpg and/or .png) of your commission.
Please include visual references (preferrably fullbody images) and a good description. The more info the better.
I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, please don’t take it personally.
PAYMENT
All payment should be made through VGEN´s or kofi´s payment method.
Pay fully upfront.
I will only start sketching after I successfully received the full payment.
Extra fee for commercial use.
PROCESS
Up to max 2 revisions in the sketch phase, and one revision after the artwork is completed.
Any more revisions will be charged with extra fees.
I will take around 2 weeks to 3 months after accepting your commission.
No rush order option available.
I will start working on the sketch after I received the full payment. Upon completion I will send you an update so you can request any changes to the sketch. If you want anything changed, I will send another update. After you approved of the sketch, I will continue with the process.
After your commission is fully done, I will send another update. This is the last chance to get any revisions. After you approved, the commission is fully finished.
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
As the artist, I hold all rights to the produced work and reserve the right to display it on any of my public social media platforms as well as for promoting my own work and commissions. It is my responsibility to credit the owner of any characters or elements that originate with the commissioner if displayed publicly.
If you’d like the commission to remain private (not ever published anywhere), just ask me and I will follow your please.
I will leave my watermark on the finished artwork (unless you purchased commercial use rights). You cannot take credit for the work and/or remove my watermark.
Artwork is for personal use only; commercial use is prohibited unless extra paid for. You can't profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc. or trace it as a base for other works (personal or commercial). You can make prints for personal use only.
The commissioner is not allowed to change the artwork in any way or to add details themselves and claim it as their own.
As a commissioner, you may post the image to your social media and use the image as an icon, header, banner, etc. on any social media with credit to the artist.
If the commissioner purchased the commercial use option they are allowed to profit from the artwork, for example for merchandise. Credit has to be given to the artist.
Do not resell, no NFT, no AI learning, no tracing.
If any of these rules are violated, the commissioner forfeits all rights to the drawing, and I preserve the right to stop improper use via the appropriate channels.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLING
No refunds unless I am unable to finish your commission.
